I keep a nice inventory of my pantry (big items like 10lb flour, 5 lb channa) with the date purchased, best bydate, and date used. I just discovered 'someone' skipped 20 lbs of our oldest flour and used 20 lbs of newer flour. So we have 20 lbs of 'expired' flour. The problem is that 'someone' could be me.🤦

(Also yes I know best by isn't expired, but this is fancy flour that does kind of get less wonderful)
