Guess what? My "nutritional status" didn't do a goddamn thing to ease my depression.

Guess what did? Medications.

Wanna know what else I tried? Yoga. Tai chi. Naturopathy. Chiropractic. Reiki. Massage therapy. Shamanic journeying. Essential oils. Homeopathy. And even an unfortunate year in an evangelical fundamentalist Christian church.
