Sanity check because I don't trust my doctors an inch:

My psychiatric meds currently are the following:

• #Lisdexamfetamine (Elvanse/Vyvanse): 30-40mg / day
• #Promethazine if needed, to calm down anxiety/to fall asleep if I'm nervous.
• Vitamin D supplements and HRT which should be irrelevant here.

I have now additionally been prescribed #Sertraline (50mg/day) to combat my depression.

I am experiencing high levels of anxiety, nausea and general distress as a response to the sertraline. It is hardly possible for me to live life right now.

Is this dosage sane?
Is it advisable to power through the side effects somehow or is this a warning sign? Any interactions here with my other meds that anyone might have missed?
Is Sertraline as an SSRI safe to take alongside those other two?
