1/ I’ve halved my #antidepressant #sertaline (from 100mg to 50mg) as my #seasonalaffectivedisorder #sad and #bipolar means that I get a bit over excitable / energetic / aggressive when the sun is out. The irritability and aggression are obviously the big problems here. I think dropping the dose has taken the edge off but it also hits my confidence and makes me more needy in my #relationships .
