I'm happy to invite those that have great historical knowledge regarding the reasoning given at the time. But in #MissKitty's opinion, it is in the same neighborhood as the #Electoral college, #anti-democratic. I totally agree the #Constitution must be rewritten. The #UDHR must be embedded.

When #protestors are deemed an enemy of the state, that's when the state no longer represents the people.
In fact, both these States show how #lobbying has let politicians be bought and sold by foreign nation state actors, to the point where neither have #democracy anymore and that they should both be deemed #antidemocratic.
