faru is becoming a secondary project that influences how we are building fluado 😆
I just published the "Dojo" concept for "Katas" (Yes this is from Lean), in normal people terms: Routines for Agents.

They only need two things: Cron schedule + skill markdown file.

So now faru has a scheduler and an orchestration layer. Next step is to combine them, but I'm not going to do this today :}

This is my opinion and my way of doing #programming

I have a distaste for Modern #IDE like #VSCode, #Antigravity etc,.

There is literally not much screen real estate for typing code, IOW the source code editor.

This is distracting to a large extent for me.

Also, it is not that, I don't use #AI - but the implementation of these Agentic assistant or chat into the IDEs is bloated and on an another level distraction to me.

In a nutshell, I just use it in the browser if I want some knowledge gathering from AI tools.

And when it comes to editing, I rely on #Vim and I've been doing this for an year or so moving away from IDE and it works well.

It ships with support for #google #antigravity and it should be fairly simple to extend for Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, etc.
Right now it only supports "one piece flow" out of the box, it can orchestrate multiple skills, but it does not yet support multiple agents in parallel, I kept it simple for a start.

Also love how they provide comments in faru to keep status of progress

Some guy build an Antigravity <-> Telegram bot. I looked it up, saw it had a few security holes, forked it, patched it, added a `/window` command, and sent him the info of patching up his telegram bot via Antigravity through Telegram.

I've written to Google Support given the inexplicable deterioration of Antigravity. My ticket was forwarded to a "specialist", let's see. Might switch back to Claude Code MAX if this is not resolved quickly.

Antigravity's subreddit is full of people reporting the same issues for weeks and google hasn't made a single announcement. At least in December they were engaging with the community, I don't see any engagement now, have they decided to silently kill it?

I've been cycling between all agents known to man to vibe code the Email App.

@jablonski Użyłem #Antigravity 2 razy w życiu. Wczoraj to była aplikacja łebowa i spisało się całkiem przyzwoicie. Jak rozpoczynałem to miałem otwarty projekt z pierwszego użycia, ale nie pamiętam już co konkretnie wtedy osiągnąłem. To była biblioteka klas C++ do Arduino a faktycznie kilku procków w tym ESP8266/32 , którą napisałem sam i tylko chciałem jakoś poprawić. Pamiętam że bałem się, że mi tam wrzuci pół świata bibliotek ale jakoś uzyskałem, że tego nie zrobił, czyli, że chyba da się.

@rocking_horse przyglądałem się #Antigravity i trochę poczytałem ogólnych informacji. Powiedz mi czy słuszne jest moje wrażenie, że jest to celowane raczej w aplikacje internetowe niż narzędzia działające lokalnie?

P.S. Ja programuję swoje narzędzia, skrypty i kod ESPHome z użyciem #Warp z domyślnymi modelami, a dla niektórych snippetów posiłkuję się myślącym Gemini w przeglądarce. Kod "czyszczę" i weryfikuję w #Codium. W zasadzie jestem zadowolony z tego setu.

Dzisiaj zainspirowany efektami vibecodowania kolegi sam povibecodowałem za pomocą #Antigravity . Nic by z tego raczej nie wyszło, gdybym sam nie umiał programować. Ale finalnie mam prostą skontenerowaną Dockerem apkę z logowaniem, dodawaniem i edycją produktów z frontendem z #React , zapisywaniem w #Mongo i kodowaniem C# Core .NET .

Как я перестал бояться Claude Code и научил его не ломать мои проекты

Знакомая ситуация: просишь Claude Code добавить авторизацию — он переписывает половину проекта. Просишь поправить одну функцию — получаешь удалённые тесты и новую зависимость, о которой не просил. За час строишь рабочий прототип, а потом три часа разгребаешь то, что Claude наворотил при «улучшении». Я Python-бэкенд разработчик, веду свою компанию CREATMAN и кожу в основном один. У меня нет роскоши держать QA-инженера, который будет ловить регрессии после каждого промпта. Мне нужно, чтобы AI-агент помогал быстрее шипить, а не создавал новые проблемы. После нескольких недель исследования — чтения доков, обсуждений на Reddit, разбора чужих сетапов — я собрал конфигурацию, которая реально работает.
