  47. CW: Food, anthocyanins, midnight snack

    I ordered some dry aronia berries, aka chokeberries, because they are super high in anthocynanins. They arrived in a delivery tis weekend.

    I'm trying them now for the first time in some oatmeal with goji berries, longan, and chopped dates, plus salt and caradmom.

    They are pleasant and quite edible!

    This is not their ideal setting though so I shall continue to experiment.

    All in all, a good first foray. I'm happy.
