MIGHTY DUB KATZ - The 2012 Remixes

I'd feel remiss not including this project, 'Magic Carpet Ride' as big an anthem anything else Norman released. No album ever officially materialized from it tho', save a tape-only promo (so sayeth Lord #Discogs).

This 2012 remix package will have to suffice. Not as bad as I was dreading (no #Brostep rubs), mostly sticking to various flavors of festival #AnthemHouse and #TechHouse. So long as it has that identifiable vocal and horns, it's hard to mess up.

PAUL VAN DYK - Evolution

Jumping on a bandwagon isn't always a bad thing, so long as you find ways of working your signature style around it. That's not what we have here tho'. This is a near-complete and total #EDM bandwagon jump by PvD.

Plodding *thunk-clap* #ProgressiveHouse rhythms, check. 8th notes, check. Grandiose #AnthemHouse riffs cribbing Avicii, check. Serviceable dance-pop songs sounding like ATB at his best, check.

A few #Trance scraps are at least thrown to the faithful, tho'.
