時光如何飛逝，彷彿都不用再害怕了。
「總之今天的曲目，就是送給跟我一起長大的很多很多人；如果你現在很青春、如果你是新的聽眾，也希望這些可以開始陪伴你走一段成為女人、成為男人『不用光鮮亮麗，反而可以沉得住氣，一步步變成自己想要的人』的過程。」安溥如此說道。

不知道從哪裡讀到，大意是說，中學時聽的音樂特別印象深刻，甚至會影響一輩子的價值觀——回顧這些歲月，從學生時期加入吉他社練習抓〈喜歡〉和弦，經歷過所有人事已非的景色，再到〈豔火〉提醒自己珍視每個不斷發生的瞬間，我可以這麼說：影響我一生最深的人就是焦安溥老師。
十年一次的 #潮水箴言 帶來的意涵，或許是青春的盼望寄託在歌手身上，不論是當時的張懸，或是眼前的安溥，走過歲月以後，那些沒有被完成的細節都有了新的層次。她今年重新檢驗自己，向自己承諾「不求得失」過完每一天，專注每個當下，在每一個年代都能給予祝福，在不同的時代繼續鼓勵彼此、轉化及蛻變。
「不要害怕和曾經的自己不一樣。」安溥說，音樂是面對當下的自己。此刻的自己不論變成什麼樣子，也都在回應二十歲、三十歲的自己，「喜歡當下的自己就好了，我們一起變成更老更好的人吧。」
