Delays move iconic #LGBTQ events like #Pride events, #Frameline #FilmFest and Gay Mens Choir concerts out of neighborhood where ancillary biz activity is appreciated.

PG&E claims their work was completed under existing plan, but new venue mgmt has attempted to change plan after contract started. Either way, it's a typical #SanFrancisco sh/t show and #PowerPlay construction permit logjam.
