#AnnieWersching. Her first act was in #StarTrek #Enterprise in 2002, in the episode entitled, #Oasis. Her next Star Trek, and sadly final act, was in Star Trek #Picard as the #Borg Queen in 2022, 20 years later.
She passed away due to cancer, on 2023-01-29. She was 45.
She was also Renee Walker in #24, Emma Whitmore in #Timeless, and the voice of Tess in the video game #TheLastOfUs.

She was like a secret because she wasn't a household name, but I'd see her in the credits and just know it would be good.
45 years old! I guess it's hitting me a bit harder because I'm older and a cancer survivor.
Just ... sad.

Really goes to show how accomplished she was. RIP.

RIP to #AnnieWersching. She was my age, 45 and died from cancer very recently. She did a phenomenal job as the Borg Queen in Star Trek Picard season 2.

Terrible news - Annie Wersching was a wonderful actress who made the Borg Queen one of the brightest points of Star Trek: Picard’s second season. She is gone far too soon.
