Die Idee, #Mochis aus Klebreismehlteig 🍚 zu machen, um sie mit #Anko zu füllen, war gut. 🍡
Es schmeckt köstlich!
Nur das lange Rühren des klebrigen Teigs in der Pfanne, passt nicht zur Arthrose in meinen Schultern.🥴 🪫
Der Teig hätte wohl viel länger gerührt werden müssen. Die Herstellung von Teigplättchen zum Füllen, hat nicht funktioniert.
Aber so ging es auch, unser Experiment - Apfelkuchen mit Vollkorn Weizen-, Reismehl-, und Mandelmehl passte prima dazu.
Adzukibohnenpaste wird hier auf alle Fälle ins Programm aufgenommen, nur in anderer Verpackung. 😊 Gäste waren begeistert, Anko nur halb so süss, wie fertig gekauft, ist einfach besser.
Man schmeckt noch was von den Adzukibohnen, nicht nur Zucker.

The grey lid is what remains of an Anko squat square sided 4-cup #Teapot that received a mortal blow in the dishrack. 😟
Neither item is made from low-heat-transfer ceramic.

Made the red bean paste (aka #anko in Japanese cuisine) and it's cooling. Tastes very nice and looks like chocolate paste. Looking forward to employing it in some dessert product.

I made Daifuku-Mochi this morning.

It's hard to clean up after cooking.The rice cake stuck to the bowl and was difficult to remove. -
Unhappy
Not everyone was glad that Pan had freed Wendy. The Urban Usagi were very upset. Just when they thought they had a mother, she escapes.
“It’s that Melon Pan,” grumbled Wild Geese (Lavender). “If only she were gone.”
“But what can we do? She single-handedly beat the pirates in combat. And we are only usagi,” replied Wild Geese (Pink).
A small black and white usagi leaned down and whispered in Wild Geese’s (Gray) ear.
Their leader smiled a wicked smile. “That is a good idea, Anko. We will position Pan. Something nasty in her medicine.”
