I have used MOHO on my MacBook in the past but would like something similar on my iPad now (MOHO does not seem to have an app version)

Eight days ago I posted a poll whether CSP or Krita was the best software for animation. Thanks to everyone who commented the first epiphany I got from it was that I was stuck in comic creator mode; hence the poll choices. What I really should've done was to look up open source stuff meant for animation. So where did I end up?
