Animals are NOT ours to USE/EXPLOIT, even if there's no pain or suffering involved (such as secondhand 'leather', dumpster diving, loose feathers, etc)!
I would hope I'm speaking to people who understand that the vegan principle is NOT a diet, nor environmentalist, nor welfarism/harm-reduction/utilitarianism, so if you believe it's any of those, then do the animals a favor by reevaluating what it means to be vegan and abide by the vegan principle now and forever!

We will also provide updates on the situation of vegan anarchist prisoner Osman Evcan, who has been imprisoned for 43 years. Vegan food and snacks will be provided by Food Not Bombs Berlin.
This event is organized by Accionyliberacion in collaboration with Freedom for Osman Evcan and Food Not Bombs Berlin.

Am Sonntag den 05.07.2026 findet der 2. vegane Soli-Brunch für Ciocia Basia Berlin in den Räumen von off.Kultur e.V. in Offenburg statt.
Es gibt viele vegane süße und herzhafte Leckereien, die wir alle – auch ihr – beisteuern. Gerne könnt ihr euch auch am Aufbau (ab 10:30 Uhr) und am Abbau (ca. 13:00 Uhr) beteiligen.
Hast du Lust, dich organisatorisch beim Brunch einzubringen? Dann melde dich unter [email protected] oder spreche uns beim Brunch an. Wir freuen uns immer über Leute, die mit anpacken.
Wer in Polen eine Abtreibung braucht, steht erst mal schlecht da – sie ist dort faktisch verboten. In Berlin hat sich 2014 die Gruppe Ciocia Basia Berlin gegründet mit dem Ziel, Frauen aus Polen dabei zu unterstützen, in Deutschland einen Schwangerschaftsabbruch durchführen zu lassen. Dabei gibt es viele Hürden, angefangen bei der Sprache, bei der Unterkunft und bei der Organisation überhaupt. Mit diesem und dem Brunch im Juli wollen wir diese Arbeit unterstützen. Mehr Informationen gibt es unter https://www.ciociabasia.org/, die Texte sind dort allerdings auf englisch oder polnisch, eine (teilweise) deutsche Übersetzung findet ihr auf den beim Brunch ausliegenden Flyern.
Und wie bei jedem Brunch: Wer wie wir die Bezahlkarte für Geflüchtete ablehnt und sie als Schikane empfindet, kann bei uns für jeweils 50 € Gutscheine von verschiedenen Supermärkten und Drogerien bekommen. Das Bargeld erhalten dann Geflüchtete, die damit selbstbestimmt einkaufen können.

June 11th is a day for us to remember long-term anarchist prisoners through words, actions, and ongoing material support. As in years past, our co-op is partnering with Blue Ridge Anarchist Black Cross to donate net proceeds from all sales to support imprisoned comrades. Every book, t-shirt, sticker, or other item you purchase on Thursday, June 11th will generate funds for commissary, legal defense, and other crucial support needs for freedom fighters who remain behind bars!

Am vergangenen Samstag zogen ca. 250 Aktivist:innen durch Nürnberg und forderten die Schließung aller Schlachthäuser. Wir waren auch bei der Demo, die von ARIWA Nürnberg organisiert wurde, am Start. Weil dieser wichtige Protest mehr Sichtbarkeit verdient, bringen wir ihn ins #fediverse.

in isolation prison it can be difficult to check as prisoners can't ask the kitchen directly, and the screws often mix up the dishes. however, it is usually possoble to ask for #oats and #apples.
our friend will manage, but the biggest help is if you (and friends?) write an email to #MellemfolkeligtSamvirke (the "climate activist" and "human rights" organisation), asking them to drop the charges against the #AnimalLiberation activists:
