I've always been a fan of Stranger Things since day 1. However recently I've finished watching Andor & following Welcome To Derry each week. The good old Stranger Things felt a bit too lite after overwhelmingly powerful storytelling of those shows. Cringe even. Spoiled nepobaby Maya Hawke's over the top acting isn't helping either.

Ja, es gibt ja auch bereits Forderungen nach einer #Sequel (Fortsetzung) oder gar einer #Prequel, was mir im Hinblick auf #Celine sogar besser gefiele.
Insofern bieten die "jagged edges" hier für die Fans schon einiges. Wobei es natürlich sein kann, dass ein #KPopDemoHunters2 ähnlich scheitern könnte wie mancher #StarWars - Franchise. Brillanz wie bei #Mandalorian oder #Andor2 ist m.E. wirklich selten!

Die #Mandalorianer gelten als erfolgreiche Einbeziehung des #Judentum. #Andor2 schildert sehr gekonnt den Zerfall der demokratischen #Gewaltenteilung. Auch unser #Grundgesetz wird langsam ausgehöhlt. Mir fiel bei der Szene im Senat auf, dass #MonMothma vor ihrer Rede die Symbol-Brosche kurz berührte, als hätte sie eine höhere Bedeutung. Aber vielleicht ist das noch gar nicht geklärt bzw. nicht kanonisch?

Jetzt sind die letzten 3 Folgen angesagt 😃 Bin gespannt ohne Ende. Die vergangenen drei Folgen waren vielversprechend.
Danach werde ich mir "Rogue One" wieder anschauen. War schon ohne Andor ein klasse Film, aber mal sehen, wie er nach Andor wirkt.

CW: Oglądałem drugi sezon Andor. Spoilery
Przed zobaczeniem drugiego sezonu obejrzałem ponownie pierwszy sezon. Niestety mam mieszane uczucia co do drugiego sezonu. Wiadomo jaki Casian był na początku w Łotr 1 i moim zdaniem przez cały sezon 2 walczył żeby taki nie być i to dość skutecznie, a ostatnio wątek raczej nie zapowiadał zmiany o 180 stopni. Postać Bix - wiadomo, że musiała zniknąć z życia naszego bohater, byłem pewien, że przedawkuje ten środek, który jej się pomagał pozbyć koszmarów, a tu hop zabili doktorka i jak ręką odjął. Nagle wskakuje przepowiednia znachorki i Bix w nią wierzy i postanawia się wycofać z życia Casiana, żeby ten nie porzucał misji. Właśnie jakiś dramatyczny zwrot, śmierci Bix mógł Casiana zwrócić na drogę bezwzględności. Ten droid też został tak dorzucony na siłę, żeby było wiadomo skąd się wziął K-2SO. Przy taki Akolicie nadal ten serial wygląda dobrze, ale w sumie dobrze, że nie będzie 3 sezonu, bo sporo moim zdaniem odstaje od poziomu pierwszej części.

- Gives a 3rd speech, officially resigning from the Senate, from the cockpit of the Ghost, while orbiting Dantooine. Same episode of Rebels.

Thela...what a profile. Beautiful accent, and talented acting as well. A "behind the scenes" explainer on the Ghorman native language said they based it on the French language, hired French actors, and that some of them had fun speaking Ghorman off camera.

Another moving scene in Andor Season 2 is the young hotel worker, Thela, telling Cassian about the Ghorman memorial to the fallen, and how he was there with his father. What a striking profile Thela has!!!

The scene of Vel talking to the Ghorman rebel Samm after their mission in Season 2 Episode 6 is soooooo powerful. I had to rewind and watch it a few times. At one point, I found myself thinking how it could apply to someone talking to a right wing extremist about US Lady Liberty and Justice. 🗽 ⚖️
