It was only today that I read about the demise and possible resurrection of Anchor Steam .
Then I remembered that I had not seen it on the shelves for a while. I hope that the Chobani yoghurt bloke can bring it back into production, but I understand that getting a defunct brewery working again is no easy task.
I have happy memories of downing Anchor Steam in San Francisco. Please let me enjoy that experience again!

Five weeks later, and the Total Wine on Stevens Creek still has a lot of Anchor Steam in stock; a friend also confirmed he found it on tap up in the City. Which kinda tells you everything you need to know.
