Excited a new genealolgy chat hour #GenHour is going to be staring on Blue Sky on September 5th at 8pm. Then alternate weeks with the intervening weeks being 1-2pm. It will never replace #AncestryHour on X(Twitter) but is an attempt to pull the genealogy folk together in one place. Find us on Bluesky for #GenHour

Two things we have been reminded of by #allaboutthatplace is:
1. In your research expand from your family to where they lived, worked, played and worshipped.
2. As 'family' historians we still need to collaborate more.
