Ancestral Healing – A Song of Joy for the Grandmothers
A Song of Joy for the Grandmothers I am continuing with my Ancestral Work for my family lineages. This time I am working with the grandmothers of my paternal lineage. During the healing process, they requested a song to celebrate the joy they received from releasing pain and sorrow.https://loletilovinglight.com/2025/10/24/ancestral-healing-celebration-of-joy/

Ancestral Healing – Forgiveness
Poem of Forgiveness for my great-grandfather through my ancestral healing work for my family lineages. I also created a soul medicine song for my great-grandparent so he can fully receive the healing he needs to feel well and let go of the burden of pain and remorse he has been carrying. -
If you call them, their spirits will come. The past seven generations are there for you. Even if one was weak in life, they can be strong now. And there are more than enough to even out any weak energies.
You can honour them with a small altar in your house or living space, by having their pictures or names displayed there, by giving them a song or a prayer, and by inviting them to feasts and parties by giving them a plate of food.

Disconnecting from your ancestors can deprive you of all that, leave you more vulnerable to life's knocks, leave you with a sense of 'I don't belong', and perhaps trying to cover insecurity with bluster or arrogance.
Even if you don't know exactly who your ancestors were, they are still there for you. You can still honour them.

Connecting with your ancestors can give you strength, advice, and a feeling of being 'rooted'. They can bless your life, your partner(s), and your descendents. If you honour your ancestors, you strengthen your family. Without them and their stories, you would not be here.

Their - Joseph and Elizabeth's - spirits were present. They were pleased to see us and gave us a blessing and advice. I took the chance to return a burden I had carried for them (a technique from the area of #familyconstellation work).

A couple of days ago, we visited the grave of my great-great-grandparents in Rhu, Scotland.
It was a surprisingly moving experience for me, I had known the story of the family who lived here 150 years ago for two-and-a-bit generations, but this made it more real, more tangible.

Some music teaches. Some music heals. This one does both.
“Love and Pain” is a spiritual message hidden in rhythm — visualized by AI, powered by ancestral emotion.

You’re not “too sensitive.” You’re the first in the lineage with the capacity to feel what others had to bury. #ancestralhealing #inheritedtrauma #riseup

Alter Egos was a trip and so valuable.
There are a lot of special gifts needed to live fulfilling lives that are buried because they are not received positively by those around us.
What have you been criticized for or called out for repeatedly in your life? It holds wisdom.

This has been on my mind lately.
I want to more often choose to share the positive. Not "good vibes only" by-passing positive.
Life is a struggle. We were born into a traumatized world and taught that it was normal and natural. It's not.
I encourage and support your hope. I encourage and support your genius. I applaud you accepting and standing for your genius in the world.

A more detailed #introduction: I'm a #writer and #genealogy #FamilyHistory freak, researching #ancestors in #Scotland #Ireland & #Malta. I've found stories about #WitchTrials, curses and #MineExplosions that I'm turning into #HistoricalFiction.
I used to be a #StandupComic but #ShowBiz can be icky and I didn't want to include that in my reality because #metaphysics.
I work with the #ShiftNetwork, hosting #summits on #AncestralHealing #Intuitive Medicine & #mediumship in #BeyondTheVeil.
