Delirante impunidad de Google/Alphabet/Youtube, con quién Antel invierte en fibra óptica global, y al que damos cantidad de privilegios, en particular de cache en Uruguay, para que nuestra internet parezca más rápida.
... No quisieron legislar sobre neutralidad de la red, con lo que sólo logramos "whatsapp gratis". Es decir que también privilegiamos con dinero público a Facebook/Meta/Whatsapp, que tan funcional fue a las elecciones de trump, bolsonaro o por el brexit.
No se entendió la neutralidad de la red en Uruguay. No es una medida liberal de competencia entre operadores de red. Es (re)construir el espacio público de este mundo virtualizado.
El espacio público está en la plaza o en la playa del barrio, no en el shopping. No se trata de cambiar de shopping o establecer la regulación del shopping, se trata de voler a la playa. De construir el fediverso.

If the government is going to be able to execute a person, then it needs to make a law allowing them to execute a corporation/business.
Dissolve it or render a public utility.
Corporations are not “people” if they can’t be killed. If they have the privileges of “personhood” then they need to be held accountable to those standards and risks (and force them to be responsible).

The important thing is the substantial difference between a reasonable price for the person to charge for their services and the (probably much higher) price the company charges.
