I know guys, that some of you will hate me for this, but even if you don’t believe in such things, it is a part of history nevertheless. In that case - just consider it a rare slice of information about early Soviet Union.
It is no big surprise, that USSR has failed. Hierarchy of power created a terrible class of Marxist renegades – bureaucrats, members of Communist party and KGB up front, while in reality conspirators, craving to become capitalists, as soon as opportunity present itself; new elite that has full power over factories, real estates, enormous amount of wealth and access to global markets.
Anarchists knew from the very beginning that system based on state hierarchy of power is doomed to recreate economic exploitation and thus capitalism.
But, despite grim predictions lots of anarchists tried their best to really turn USSR into utopia of equals. Most of them payed with their lives for their idealistic views in Stalin’s death camps and jails.
This is all common known facts, though some tankies trying to portray USSR as true communism. But little did you know that back in 1920-s, when deep changes brought by revolutions were still there, when anarcho-mystical orders were active – there was an idea, that equal society will adopt abilities that were considered as miracles or supernatural and give them to everybody.
Scientists, occultists and enthusiasts tried to crack down the mystery of telepathy with scientific positivism, state sponsored laboratories and best intentions. If religious, cultural, mythical contexts removed and only pure phenomena found – you may spread it among all working people.
If communism is an equal society, then transferring of thoughts is nothing to be afraid. If there is no conflict between human beings, information could go free straight from one brain to another, since no material interests, envy or greed make people enemies. Even more – such ability could become handy to give and receive information from animals as well. That was an idea.
“Telepathic ability can be developed, trained and learned. Question is whether people need such ability of the brain. I join the opinion of K. E. Tsiolkovsky, that such ability is truly essential for the progress of humanity even now. Unfortunately, USSR utopia was a fake from the very beginning. Lots of scientists, searchers of truth, anarchists, communists, true fighters for freedom and revolutionaries payed the ultimate price for believing in it. Best intentions of giving everyone abilities and methods to use telepathy turned into military parapsychology. Secret, unavailable for masses, most of the time revolving around getting budgets from military by using paranoia of the general stuff about what technologies potential enemies have already developed and in the end almost useless for the working people.

While situation around Russian Ukraine war is getting worse and attacks from Putin tyranny on different groups of people inside Russia is intensifying and already come close to Tsarist times, leaving only Stalin great terror to reach – this method of peaceful protest has again appeared in Russia. It is a classical anarcho-mystical method of protest against tyrannical state – a psiterror attacks. Since there is a big chance, that other much more civilized countries across the globe will fall to the same fate as Russia – to turn into right-wing tyranny, there is a big chance, that this information will be useful for some people.

Then let’s answer to some critique. Usually lines between materialism and occult practices are unbreakable walls and it is useless to say anything on the subject. But, for a rare kind of person – an open-minded scientific positivist, who may read this post I will write it here.
Is these results legit or is it logical mistake “post hoc, ergo propter hoc”? – All anarcho-mystical techniques use only thoughts and observations and no actions. Placing all thoughts on a same timeline as an event and then interpret this as a logical mistake - is ignoring such cases as intuition, predictions, cases of fast dreams and even memories and thus ignoring key features of thoughts as a phenomena. Thought may align with the timeline but it also may not be aligned. Psiterror - is not an action that lead to an event, it is a form of prediction of an event. More appropriate to suggest that one is thinking according the teleological attack formula, because there is potential for the event to happen and not the other way around.
How state will react? – There are 3 different reactions. One is ignoring – that is most common and preferable for you variant. Other – state agents may think that behind paranormal facade true arsonists are hiding. This may lead to a waste of material resources and time of the state agents for finding proves or connections, but it may also leads to adding you to some blacklists of terrorist groups. Third – admitting existence of phenomena and as result degrading countries laws to medieval levels with sorcery and witchcraft. It will create a true chaos, if happens. What is this idea? It is Ego. If you strengthen the ego to much – you will get the opposite of it. A move that will destroy one’s body over abstraction. If you say no to ego – you will also have a move that will destroy your body but for the lives of others.
That is two opposites, opposites connect, but what is in the middle? – Build a wall of wealth, servants, security forces between you and the others. An idea to extend yourself with all your primitive drives and impulses onto others through force, wealth, authority.
Or spend your time and money on a charity project, helping others as a volunteer in your neighborhood, making it part of your daily routine.
To build utopia, society must have a trend towards breaking an ego wall. Otherwise even if revolution will happen – through different ways, like hierarchy of bureaucracy, through corruption and lies, new tyrants and capitalists will emerge and their ego will flood us all again.
Look towards USSR and philosophy of its elites in 60s-80s- they all taught their kids to despise Marxism and think always only about themselves and their families, while lying to others about loyalty to the party. Ego is a pyramid, and it has its own ideal representation in outer world – that is a state. State as an institute is an existing temptation to all megalomaniacs – a golden throne to conquer and become greater than anyone else, to become an ever-standing image for all others megalomaniacs to come, an immortal beacon of «Me», sitting on the bones of «others».
A little less so but also the same – a corporation – a pyramid of wealth, an ocean of gold for you to enjoy and for all the others to envy. This envy will make all the others a perfect parts of your machine to generate more and more wealth. And this machine will transcend you and give your kids an opportunity to live same lifestyle as you and maybe it will last hundreds of years to come.
But that is a trick – in order for it to work out for one, millions must suffer and burn in poverty and oppression. How is the chance for you to become the One, or just be one of the millions?
When walls of ego falls anything becomes possible and an individual becomes united with nature and with the others. If it happens with a lot of people at once – then such things like telepathy will become a new norm. Many things that is now considered miracles, mysticism or paranormal, that come from unity between psyche and different aspects of the nature will become just a simple obvious thing, that could be done by anyone. This situation is not something, that could be cultivated only through meditations, but it requires a change in social and economic circumstances, that surrounds us.

One, who remembers anarcho-mystical methods and theory may find it truly surprising how our education, or official institutions and even respected scientific entities have created this perfect world of wage slavery. How hierarchy was empowered by scientific instruments, while simple human being will have almost nothing, if he dares to stand against it. When boss has unquestioned power over its workers, like they are some kind of ancient Egyptian slaves, though they are individuals, persons with unique mind, that has a potential entire universe inside it. In Putin's fascist Russia there is no means for workers to protect their rights in an organized manner and often the workplace turns into hell on earth. Comrades!
