  1. World war three is actually happening. It is not the future but the present. It ain't in a videogame, but in real life. And just like every conflict in modern history, it was politicians and parties what got entire nations involved. Don't trust politicians, cops, any of those people. It's their fault.

  11. Trump Goes After Anonymous Email Provider in Italy. The Real Target Is Free Speech in the U.S.

Trump designated an Italian web-hosting provider as a foreign “terror” group. It could take #antifascist sites in the U.S. offline.

    Matt Sledge
    August 28 2026

"In the latest escalation of the Trump administration’s war on the left, the U.S. government’s designation of a popular antifascist webhosting provider as a terror group could shutter a swath of radical websites in the U.S.

"Secretary of State #MarcoRubio and Treasury Secretary #ScottBessent announced Wednesday that they were targeting the Italy-based A/I Collective with terror sanctions. Federal law gives the Treasury Department broad discretion to apply the terror label to foreign groups.

"A wide array of #anarchist, antifascist, and #FarLeft groups in the U.S. and abroad use the privacy-minded collective’s offerings, including an anonymous email service and its popular noblogs.org blogging platform.

"The practice of designating an internet platform and service provider as a terror group — rather than those pursuing violence themselves — has 'huge' implications for the future free speech on the internet, warned Jillian York, the director of international freedom of expression at the #ElectronicFrontierFoundation.

" 'They are going after the messenger,' York said. 'I don’t think that the members of the group would necessarily condone the actions of the people that they hosted. What they do condone is the freedom to host, the ability to be anonymous, the ability to be private.'

"The A/I Collective told The Intercept that it is exploring its legal options to fight the sanctions, which block U.S. citizens and companies from providing the group with financial support.

"In an unsigned statement, the group said that it denies the U.S. government’s allegations.

" '#Antifascism and #anticapitalism are not #terrorism ,' the group said. '#Protesting is not terrorism. And everyone has the right to speak out and to struggle for #humanity.' " [And #MotherEarth ! ]

  12. Your BlueSky Feed Is Porn You Didn’t Ask For Because Your Friends Are Gooners With a Severe Porn Addiction

A common complaint I see people make on Bluesky is: why am I being served so much porn or things I am not interested in? They will incorrectly believe that the algorithm is broken. It’s not broken. You didn’t know the people you knew as well as you thought you did. Porn addiction is a thing, and porn addiction is especially common with weebs. You’re seeing deranged shit because people you follow have porn addictions and are into deranged shit. So, though you may not be consuming porn, people in your network are. That activity kicks into your feeds.

The issue I have with that is that it essentially normalizes being sex pests in a space on the Internet. That sets the expectation that it is good—attractive, even—to act like that elsewhere. That expectation alienates relationships. Bluesky creates a cultural space that offers an unrealistic, bizarre representation of social relationships, which isolates and alienates the users who stay on there consuming erotica and porn like they do.

So, user repos in Bluesky have a property for likes. Bluesky’s underlying AT Protocol stores likes as first-class structured records in each user’s AT Protocol repository. In the AT Protocol lexicon, a like is an app.bsky.feed.like record type. Unlike a simple boolean flag on a post, it is its own record with a creation timestamp and a subject field that holds a strong reference to the liked record.

That strong reference is composed of an AT-URI and a CID. The AT-URI identifies the exact record in the network by DID, collection, and record key. The CID is a cryptographic content identifier that uniquely identifies the exact content of that liked record.

These like records exist under the app.bsky.feed.like namespace in the user’s repo. Bluesky’s repo model is built so that these repos are hosted on a user’s Personal Data Server and are publicly readable through the AT Protocol APIs. Because of that, the like record and its fields can be fetched, indexed, and used by any client or service that can query the protocol.

The protocol exposes operations like getLikes. This returns all of the like records tied to a particular subject’s AT-URI and CID. It also exposes getActorLikes. This returns all of the subject references a given actor has liked. Those API calls return structured like objects with timestamps and subject references directly from the public repository data.

Various feeds hosted by different PDSs use the likes property to construct the feeds that you see. Since the likes of people you follow are included in your social graph, along with your own likes, you’re going to get served the porn they are consuming. Because likes are public and anyone can write an algorithm to see everyone’s likes, you can clearly see just how much porn people are consuming.

Honestly, what started to turn my stomach about the people on Bluesky is how they behave across different contexts. If you look through the records of the posts they interact with, you’ll see them engaging with political posts in the replies like a normal person. Then, when you look through their AT Protocol records, you see hours and hours of them interacting with every kind of porn imaginable. I am not exaggerating. Hours of likes for porn posts within 1–10 minutes of each other. Am I sex-negative? A prude? No, this site is filled with furry, gay bara porn, lol. You can have a drink without being an alcoholic. The problem with these people is like people who can’t have one drink without drinking the whole fucking day; they can’t consume porn in healthy ways.

I think people assume that their feed is customized for them and based on their likes. No—feeds are generalized based on what everyone likes and then served to your subgraph. It’s not just about who you follow; it’s about who they follow. So if you follow someone who follows a lot of people with porn addictions, you will see porn. Bluesky isn’t weighting the algorithm to do this. Basically, it’s the people in your social network with furry, hentai, or trans porn addictions who are driving it.

  13. #MutualDefense #Solidarity #NoKings #Antifa #Anarchist #Socialist
    #CommunityDefense #ICEProtests #Portland #KristiNoem #Trump #Authoritarianism
    #Resist #Disrupt #DirectAction #DefundThePolice #JuryNullification
    #SecurityCulture #SnatchSquads

What's happening right now with the request from Kristi Noem according to Donald Trump to use full force on protesters demonstrating in front of ICE facilities only goes to show how very real the state's insatiable need for blood is.

The state drops its need for war, like a dead mouse on every country's doorstep, even our own, in order to satiate this thirst. This is America, this is what our country has always been. As disgusting as what's happening now is, it is not new.

We sit weeks, days, hours, if not moments away from watching our allies being slaughtered in our own towns by the very forces "intended" to keep them safe from horrors like this. This is not a drill and it is not hyperbole. The rhetoric has been tested, the laws are being preemptively written to criminalize dissent, and the paramilitary forces are being ideologically vetted for their willingness to pull the trigger on their fellow citizens. The call for "full force" is a deliberate and calculated signal, a green light for the kind of violence we have seen deployed against Black and brown communities for generations to now be officially sanctioned against anyone who stands in the way of the state's agenda.

This moment demands that we look directly at the machinery of repression and understand its components. It is the police in tactical gear, but it is also the legislators writing the "anti-riot" laws that equate to crushing resistance with claims of terrorism. It is the governor calling for violence, but it is also the media apparatus that will frame any resistance as unprovoked aggression. It is the orange goblin king baying for blood, but it is also the silent complicity of a political class that has already conceded to fascism for a taste of power. They are not hiding their intentions anymore. They are telling us, in plain language, that they view our assemblies, our solidarity, our cries for justice as existential threats to be crushed without mercy.

This is why our old models of resistance are insufficient. Marching with permits, appealing to the conscience of politicians who have none, relying on the very systems designed to pacify us these are luxuries from a bygone era that is crumbling before our eyes. The state has declared its hand. It does not seek to manage us it seeks to eliminate us. The labels they use, like "domestic terrorist," are not descriptions they are death warrants. They are intended to isolate, to criminalize, and to justify the coming violence in the eyes of a populace conditioned to fear the word "terrorist" more than they fear the death of their neighbors.

Therefore, our only logical and moral response must be the rapid, deliberate, and organized construction of networks of mutual defense. This is not a call for reckless violence it is a call for profound, community based solidarity. It is a recognition that when the state vows to use full force, our survival depends on our ability to have each other's backs without question or hesitation. Anarchists, socialists, abolitionists, community organizers, medics, legal observers, and every person who sees the nightmare on the horizon must now begin the serious work of forming pacts of protection.

These pacts are not abstract. They are built on concrete actions. They mean establishing clear and secure communication channels now, before the phones are shut down or the networks are monitored. They mean training together in de-escalation, first aid, and legal rights, so that when a protest is kettled or raided, we have medics who can treat gunshot wounds and legal teams who can track the arrested. They mean creating rapid response networks that can alert entire cities when a demonstration is under attack, mobilizing observers and support at a moment's notice. They mean setting up community defense patrols that can monitor police movements and protect vulnerable neighborhoods from targeted incursions.

Crucially, this extends to material support. It means building community bail funds that are robust and readily accessible, so no one sits in a cage because they cannot pay for their freedom. It means creating safe houses and escape routes for those who are targeted for arrest or worse. It means sharing resources, from food and water to protective gear, ensuring that no one is left exposed because of poverty. This is the practical meaning of solidarity it is the commitment to ensure that the risks we take are shared and the burdens we carry are collective.

The goal of this mutual defense is not to win a street battle with the police. The goal is to make their intended violence as difficult, costly, and visible as possible. The goal is to ensure that when they move against one of us, they find a hundred of us, standing together, documenting, resisting, and refusing to be scattered. It is to transform their easy targets into unbreakable formations of community resilience. We must make their bloodlust so public, so messy, and so morally repugnant that it shatters the illusion of their authority.

History has shown us that the state's appetite for violence is only checked when it meets organized, unyielding resistance. They rely on our fear, our isolation, our disorganization. Our task is to weaponize our solidarity. Let the calls for "full force" from the Kristi Noems and Donald Trumps of the world serve as our final wake up call. The time for vague solidarity is over. The time for specific, actionable, and sworn pacts of mutual defense is now. Find your people. Make your plans. Swear your oaths. Let them know that if they come for one, they come for us all, and we will not make it easy for them. Our communities are not their hunting grounds. We will become ungovernable not through chaos, but through an ironclad commitment to protecting one another from the storm they are so desperate to unleash.

The International Week of Solidarity with #Anarchist Prisoners[1] takes
place every year between 23-30 August to commemorate the murders of the
Haymarket martyrs in Chicago, 1886, who died for freedom, labour rights
    and dignity.

This year at BASE we’re holding a fund-raising dinner and letter writing
event along with a talk by ex-prisoner Toby Shone.

Two years since Toby was snatched[2] for attending an International Week
of Solidarity with Anarchist Prisoners letter writing event at BASE,
he’s back. The Counter Terror Police South-West and the National
Security Division couldn’t keep our comrade out of our arms for long.

Too many #anarchists and #activists remain behind bars. Everywhere the
authorities are cracking down against dissent and protest. When freedom
is outlawed, only outlaws will be free!

  16. Some pointers from "The Eye of Every Storm - #Anarchist Response to Hurricane Helene"

    #CrimethInc, 2024-11-13

"At the end of September 2024, western North Carolina and the surrounding states experienced 30 inches of rainfall over two days when an unnamed storm collided with Hurricane Helene over the mountains of Southern Appalachia. The resulting catastrophe laid waste to the entire region. At a time when #misinformation, rising #authoritarianism, and disasters exacerbated by industrially-produced climate change are creating a feedback loop of escalating crisis, it’s crucial to understand #DisasterResponse as an integral part of community defense and strategize about how this can play a part in movements for liberation. In the following reflection, a local anarchist involved in longstanding disaster response efforts in #Appalachia recounts the lessons that they have learned over the past six weeks and offers advice about how to prepare for the disasters to come.

"The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration estimated that Hurricane Helene poured 40 trillion gallons of water on the region. This caused an estimated 1800 landslides; it damaged over 160 municipal water and sewer systems, at least 6000 miles of roads, more than 1000 bridges and culverts, and an estimated 126,000 homes. There have been over 230 confirmed deaths across six states with many still missing.

"The entire region was completely cut off from the outside world for a day or more, with all major roads shut down by landslides, collapsed bridges, and downed trees. Water, power, internet and cell service all went down within hours of the hurricane arriving, and remained down for days or, in some areas, weeks. There are still communities that will likely not have electricity for another three months because the roads that the power company would use no longer exist. Six weeks into this disaster, there are still tens of thousands of people who lack access to drinkable water. Not only have thousands of homes been wiped off the map—in many cases, the land they rested on no longer exists. Massive landslides have scoured canyons 30 feet deep, exposing bedrock that has not seen the light of day for tens of thousands of years. The torrential floods moved so much earth and caused so many rivers to change course that scientists have designated the hurricane a 'geological event.'

"In response, a beautiful web of mutual aid networks has emerged, saving countless lives by bringing in #EssentialSupplies, providing #MedicalCare, setting up neighborhood #WaterDistribution centers, #SolarChargingStations, #SatelliteInternetHubs, free #kitchens, free #childcare, and more. Name a need and there are folks out here who have self-organized to meet it. We share these lessons we have learned in hopes of helping others to prepare for similar situations, aiming to increase our capacity to build autonomous infrastructure for the long haul.

    Start Preparing Now

"There is no time like the present to get organized.

"Our mutual aid group has been around for almost eight years. Within 72 hours of the floodwaters receding, we had a functioning mutual aid hub and were mobilizing folks to check on missing people and #ChainsawCrews to cut people out of their homes and open up roads. We were only able to do these things because we had already put in the work in our community to build the trust and relationships that are so vital in times of crisis.

"While we are a small group, we have an extensive network of friends and allies that has grown throughout years of smaller-scale mutual aid and organizing efforts. The best way to prepare for a disaster is not to stockpile supplies, but to build trust in your community and nurture a healthy web of relationships. The best way to accomplish this is to start doing mutual aid projects in your community before an acute crisis arises. This will give you practice operating as a group and organizing logistics, and it will also connect you with others you wouldn’t otherwise meet and show them that they can count on you. Because of the work we had already put in, when the crisis hit, people turned to us and spread the word that we are a good group to funnel supplies and money through. You can only build that kind of reputation by putting in the work now.

    Communications

"One of the biggest initial challenges we faced was that most means of communication went offline for between 24 hours and several weeks, depending on where you lived. That includes #landlines, #CellPhones, and internet. We can’t stress enough the importance of having multiple back-up options in place to be ready for a situation like this. First of all, make sure you have a place and time established in advance where folks know they can find each other in the event of a disaster. This is probably a good idea even if communications don’t go offline—nothing beats face-to-face communication.

"Satellite internet was invaluable during the first couple of weeks. For some particularly hard-hit communities, it remains the only means of communication six weeks into this disaster. Unfortunately, #Starlink, which is owned by the white supremacist Elon Musk, has proven to be the most useful and the easiest to set up in a disaster scenario. We know from past experience that he is eager to suppress social movements that use his companies’ services. There are other companies that provide satellite internet, but it tends to be slower, with significant data limits. These are generally not mobile systems and would be challenging to set up in the middle of a disaster.

"Don’t forget that you will need a source of electricity such as a generator or solar power to make satellite internet work.

"Radios, especially ham radios, are another important means of communication that should be arranged in advance with people who already know how to use them. Our mountainous terrain limits the distance that radios can broadcast, but it would still have been helpful if we had possessed ham radios.

    Getting Organized

"Grassroots disaster relief is no longer the exclusive province of church groups and small bands of autonomous mutual aid groups. The notion has gone mainstream since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, when so many people discovered that their neighbors were all they had to count on. At this point, well-organized and well-resourced groups of every stripe are prepared to mobilize quickly—from reactionary right-leaning groups like the Cajun Navy and to networks of volunteer helicopter pilots, not to mention radical groups like Mutual Aid Disaster Relief. Beyond these specific groups, more people understand how to self-organize now. Within three to five days of the flood waters receding, you couldn’t drive more than ten minutes without running into a #DIY #ReliefHub or water station in someone’s front yard, church, or gas station parking lot. It would not be an overstatement to say that within a week, western North Carolina had the highest concentration of four-wheelers, all-terrain vehicles, and dirt bikes in the world, as people poured in from all over the South and beyond to help with search and rescue and to get supplies out to cut-off communities.

"Most of these hubs were truly #grassroots, with no formal organization behind them. This is an overwhelmingly positive development, but it does not come without challenges. The chief problems were redundancy of effort and lack of coordination between relief hubs, road clearing crews, and people doing #SupplyRuns, search and rescue, and wellness checks. The sooner you can develop relationships and good communication systems with other hubs, the better, so you won’t have to be constantly reinventing the wheel.

"Creating an intake system for incoming volunteers and arranging for people to coordinate them is a huge piece of the puzzle. We had to turn away many offers of help in the first few weeks because we didn’t have a good system in place for fielding newcomers, especially those from out of town, nor could we guarantee that we could plug them into a project on any given day if they just showed up, despite the fact that there was always a mountain of work to do. Connecting volunteers to communities and individual homes that need medical care, mucking, gutting, and repairs requires an enormous amount of legwork on your part, not to mention building trust between you and the residents. You would do well to have someone in your group that has a deep love of spreadsheets."

  17. This is going to be a very, very horrible and lethal timeline/reality to just be a mundane human without any occult or esoteric knowledge or psychic and magical abilities in. Considering the rate of survival for “normal” people, I do not envy them. My husband and I are very sensitive to magical and psychic energy. For my husband, it boosts his divinatory and precognitive abilities. He will suddenly start having visions and will develop an interest in refining his astrological skills. For me, it makes me very hungry as a vampire and dark. If you are a regular human, you are pretty much screwed. If there is a nuclear war, and you are a regular human, you will probably die.

I think that’s how magical skills and psychic abilities will probably spread. I think it will spread through natural selection following a nuclear war. That’s why I think magical organizations trying to make the world more magical through their magical operations being horrified that we are teetering on the collapse of civilization shows how asinine and short-sighted their goals were. Evolution works through survivorship.

It’s conventionally asserted and believed that magic shifts probabilities. Shifting probabilities, even on small scales, changes the stochastic aspects of radiation. The number and energy of radiation particles detected at a given location and time fluctuate randomly due to various environmental factors. In addition to that, when radiation interacts with matter, such as in scattering or absorption processes, the outcomes are probabilistic. That means that a magician who has a latent ability to shift probabilities and the implicit desire to live will shift probabilities so that high-energy radioactive particles are unlikely to hit and shred their genetic and cellular physiology. A really neat way to visualize this is to create a DIY cloud chamber and record it and have it in the vicinity whenever you do any magical operation. If your magic has a bit of power, it will interfere with the background radiation via changing the ionization energy of what you see in the cloud chamber. You will be able to see it.

Want to prove Einstein’s Special Relativity? Build this.

I try to keep the woo down and avoid using buzzwords as buzzwords. A field is a structured set. In mathematics, a set is a collection of distinct objects, considered as an entity. A field is a structured set. A structured set refers to a set equipped with additional elements or operations that give it a specific organization or arrangement. So, we can say that a psychic field is an organized collection of entities that possess subjective characteristics, i.e., qualia. The properties in the topology of that field would have values.

If we say that each property or cell of that field is at equilibrium, then a wave is when one cell is not at equilibrium and propagates a change. It spreads a change to the other adjacent cells that push them out of equilibrium. If you have a grid and all the values are 0, a wave would be a change in values from the first row and first column from left to right. It would wrap around each row and changes the values from 0 to a different value, too. That is a wave. The ability for one psychic entity to propagate a wave of change to another is the potential energy, i.e., dunamis, and the actual changing of those other things is energia. There are analogs to potential and kinetic energy on a psychic level.

While it may seem like I am some flavor of animist, I am on the fence about that. I frequently say that will is analogous to mass in that mass is a property that resists acceleration. Will is a phenomenological property that when you try to get someone to do something, their will intervenes and resists you. Consent is a property where a person’s will does not act to stop you. When someone explicitly violates a person’s consent, they are acting against the will of that person. Psychic phenomena imply a more fundamental, higher-dimensional phenomenological domain. From that perspective, a table has a psychic aspect to it where it can experience and observe itself. But, when I act on that table, the table cannot resist me. It has no will. Conscious entities have a will. An entity that is a body of experiences is not necessarily conscious and doesn’t necessarily have a will. It’s still energy to be ordered, where it begins to have a will when it interacts with my will. It would be analogous to massless energy — light. So, manipulating psychic energy that comes from the existence of tables and rocks would be like manipulating light. It has psychic energy that emerges from a subjective characteristic of experience where the rock reflexively perceives itself, yet it has no will. Mythologies, stories, and fictions are ways that we can organize this energy, where the seed of its emergence as a conscious entity comes from collective will.

Earth has an atmosphere of gas around our planet. Psychic fields are coherent and cohesive in the same way gas or liquid is. Similar to how there is a flow to liquids and air currents, there is a flow to our consciousness. In the same way this gas can heat up in such a way that it drives air currents and streams and creates storms and all sorts of other meteorological phenomena, energy added to the psychic atmosphere of our planet can do similar things. Because my husband and I are highly sensitive to this, we experience an increase in our abilities and an alignment of our personality traits in certain ways. There’s a huge psychic storm building up. I wonder if it is cyclical. Something similar happened a few years ago, so I wonder if the cyclical spiral society finds itself in beneath the heavens is being mirrored above in the heavens.

  20. Criminalizing the lives of marginalized people is not an unfortunate accident but the very purpose of the ruling majority's laws. The purpose of a system is what it actually does, not what those who profit most from it say it's supposed to do.

  21. "Be gay, do crimes" is a statement that makes explicit what is already implicitly understood, that the law in cishet society criminalizes the existence of queer people and we will find neither protection nor justice under their laws.

  22. Queer people should be a threat to the whole oppressive and exploitative social order that cishet people have constructed to enrich themselves at our expense. We should strive to dismantle that oppressive system, not to elevate ourselves within it.

  23. I support trans rights but more importantly I support trans wrongs 🏳️‍⚧️

In any authoritarian power structure the law exists to criminalize the existence of marginalized people, providing a veneer of legitimacy to our oppression. Our real crime is being trans. We may as well do other crimes too.

Deshalb #AbolishThePolice
