Jednalo sa o najväčšie dopravné lietadlo sveta, bohužiaľ len do momentu, kedy rusácke svine vykročili na územie Ukrajiny, a počas prvých hodín invázie tento krásny stroj nenávratne zničili. Že bol veľký som vedel, ale sám som bol prekvapený ako moc. Skoro sa mi nevliezol na poličku a Concorde, ktorý nám v rovnakej mierke (1:400) vedľa neho vyzerá ako malý business jet :)

Mriya was the world's largest aircraft—a six-engined monster built to carry the Russian Buran space shuttle. It was destroyed in Kyiv last year in the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

I just ran across an unlabeled link to a LiveJournal page in my archives. I don't know what it used to be, but today it's a large set of the best photos I've ever seen of the An-225 Mriya, inside and out.

Mriya was the world's largest aircraft—a six-engined monster built to carry the Russian Buran space shuttle. It was destroyed in Kyiv last year in the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
