Unfortunately it doesn't seem there is a distribution that packages it, but it can unpacked from the tarball and launched from the directory.

The #Z80 is a funny beast.

AFAICT, HALT is a NOP that doesn't advance PC. It can't stop instruction execution, because execution drives DRAM refresh.

When an interrupt happens during a regular instruction, it gets executed immediately (same timing as a RST $38 instruction).

However, when that happens during a HALT, HALT has to run once more like a regular NOP, to advance PC for the return address to be beyond HALT... and that eats a few extra cycles.
