El 24 de abril de 2005, el GP de San Marino supuso una especie de entrega de testigo en la Fórmula 1. Fernando Alonso, ganador de dos de las tres carreras disputadas hasta entonces esa temporada, tuvo que resistir a un feroz ataque de Michael Schumacher por la victoria en Imola.

Xa mañana mi prediccion es q será mucho rodar en la fp3 en tandas largas xa ver la degradación de los compuestos mas duros. Y la quali pinta a paseo militar de los #RedBullF1 si no hay problemas de fiabilidad 🤞 esta pista es mu rapida, q nadie se sorprenda ni se deje llevar por la opinión de los medios amarillistas si #Alonso sale 7o, si acaba más arriba éxito total, pies en la tierra q lo del #AMR23 es la carrera y su buena gestión de la degradación de neumáticos.
