How many times I heard the rule about-- as if anyone needed to know that?-- the "MAOI" antidepressant (aka. the old type) must be stopped 14 days prior to starting amphetamine (such as Adderall).

Mostly Schizophrenia probably, but #amphetamine #psychosis is difficult to distinguish. Some kind of crazy drugstore cowboy shit like that. you know. oft times. with the crazies. like ya do.
