OK - I made it through #GenderAffirmingSurgery and I'm recovering. I am super tired and there is a bit of pain, but the surgeon said everything was great.
They put in an IV and gave me a sedative. I'm a bit loopy, and that's good.
#GenderAffirmingSurgery begins in about an hour.
I'm scared. I'm elated.
