Thank you always for using AmiAmi.
Currently, we are undergoing an expansion and relocation of our logistics center to cope with the increased volume of orders. During the period of inventory transfer due to relocation, we will require more time than usual for shipping operations.
In order to improve shipping processes, we will implement the following measures.
□Changes
〇 Sales of the following target items will be suspended
・In-stock items released prior to >September 20th
・Pre-owned itemsNOTE: Confirmed orders that include any of the above items, and/or newly released items will ship in order, as soon as possible.
□Suspension Period
From September 22, 2023 (Friday)

my first order from #amiami arrived. it had quite high custom taxes (Zoll), but still was 100€ less then ordering it in Germany.

It seems that AmiAmi is improving their ship out lead time, but Surface Mail Premium still continues to be a mess.

I feel that AmiAmi is probably not the number one place to buy anime goods especially the long time waiting for the item to ship and receive it if you use surface mail. That can take close to 4 months at it’s worst with inflexable box sizes, which can jack up shipping costs, especially for DHL and EMS, which led to users shipping via Surface, which is very slow.
It seems that their incompetency is catching up to them, which lead to loss of customers. I already mentioned last month they had delays shipping orders.
