@rbreich most Americans wouldn't mind stricter gun laws, banning of bumpstocks, and having comprehensive background checks ... They just keep voting for people, who object any gun legislation and then stack #SCOTUS to even block reasonable regulation. So unless the #GOPWeasels are totally out of government 'thoughts and prayers' is all we can offer. #AmericanExceptionism #VoteBlueDownBallot

@TimeCycles In terms of my limited experience, that's an accurate reflection.
Not surprising given that, again, in my experience, young Americans know little if anything about Canada, Canadians, its history, its politics.
