Just another reason American Airlines is the absolute LAST carrier I will fly on. Hell, I'd take Spirit before American.
The culture there is rotten to the core: It's objectively different from even United or Delta. Every time I'm forced to fly AA, from ticket agent to flight attendant - everyone is just phoning it in & genuinely couldn't care less about their passengers.
