#AmberBracken & publication The Narwhal allege Charter rights were breached when she was arrested near a #CoastalGasLink site on Wet’suwet’en land.
“I felt kidnapped,” Bracken said during the news conference. “I’d never been arrested before and it’s the best word I can think of to describe being taken so abruptly from my life and from my work and in violation of my Charter rights.”
