Yet, Rover Metals applied for a permit -- and the BLM, inexplicably, approved it.
So the #AmargosaConservancy and the #CenterForBiologicalDiversity sued the BLM and the US Dept of Interior.
As they should.
Today, the BLM admitted they blew it.
