journeys planned?
These days, all my "journeys" are planned around conventions or cat shows . . .

Next year, the biggies I'm looking forward to Boskone (Boston) in February, NASFiC in Buffalo in July, Worldcon (Glasgow!) in August (hopefully!), and World Fantasy Convention in Niagara Falls, NY in October.

All the cat shows I'm judging are pretty local, at least so far.

Maybe just a heads up. I've been trying to establish a plan to have some content and I might be working on something non-fiction but still in the realms of Space and Cosmic Horror. I'm not sure where I'm posting though. I don't really like posting on Wordpress and Ko-fi and Patreon are a no right now. #AmPlanning #amwriting

I haven't been up long, but I had a dream that I should draw the lantern and the staff. I must really really really want to draw these if I dreamed about them lol. After my character is finished I'll attempt to prep them before drawing. For some odd reason I keep seeing an hourglass too, so maybe my story has a need for ones lol? Or maybe the lantern looks like an hourglass? I love figuring things out like this when they happen. #AmDrawing #AmPlanning

I feel like I'm getting bogged down with thinking about character arcs today, after reading some great articles about story structure. I realised both my protags have flat arcs and that's probably why I'm struggling to write one of them in particular. I can see how changing that arc will make a much stronger story, but it mucks up my inciting event until I can work out an alternative, boo.
