Back when #OcarinaOfTime was about to release (and when it was in development), I recall it was referred to as #Zelda4 by the video games magazine I read. #LinksAwakening wasn't counted, as it was perceived to be a spin-off title, similar to Super Mario Land.
I was curious about what the consensus is in 2025, but it turns out search engines just return Four Swords Adventures when searching for "Zelda 4".

Oh. Turns out I haven't played a full game (aside from some #MetroidFusion randomizer I forgot to toot about) since Sonic Origins in January.
Anyway, it might just have been a long time since I last played it, or maybe there are translation differences from the PAL version I used to play? A lot of really awkward English lines, regardless.
But it's a great Zelda game. The blueprint for OoT.

I also got the game for the GBA at some point. It is almost identical to the game for SNES. Really #perfect for on the go.
It also includes Four Swords which can only be played with 2-4 players and combine puzzles in both games. I didn't get a chance to play it because I don't know anyone who has it too. lol

There is also a game manual and a small booklet with some #hints. It says that you should only use it if you get stuck. And I took that very seriously at this time. It was a crime to look in there. lol

I really like this game. I mostly play the randomizer version. So the game never gets boring. Of course you also need the right mugs for the game.
