This went on for 2 hours, after about 30 mins I think the tremors started to get less intense and less often gradually.
But I was unable to move off the floor for 2 hours.

This was the first & worst collapsing episode. It has since happened twice more.
I had been very dizzy and faint at the job centre but the collapse isn't me fainting, it was my legs stopping working.

(context: I’m working on the images from my trip to Japan to publish them on my website (requiring alt texts) and this was taken in Kamakura. I think it’s pretty but I have no idea how to describe it.)

Mettez des descriptions (alt text) à vos images, les mastopotes.
Pensez aux personnes qui ne peuvent pas VOIR vos affiches/dessins/annonces et ne peuvent que les LIRE via un lecteur d'écran.
C'est pas magique, pour que ça fonctionne il faut un ALT TEXT.
Parce que laisser sur le carreau des personnes mal ou non voyantes c'est pas tellement dans nos valeurs, ou bien ?
Tip : il existe le hashtag #ALTforMe.
Pensez à RAJOUTER le alt une fois qu'on vous l'a fourni.

CW: Transphobia/when they dig up your bones
I'm starting to realize why the "when they dig up your bones in 100 years" argument is so popular. It doesn't make sense if you are interested in the actual merits of human rights, nor if you care about facts. But what it does do effectively is let conservatives control the narrative.
Allies and some trans people who hear that argument tend to make one of two responses. The first response is to try to fact-check the argument: "Actually archeologists aren't very good at determining a skeleton's sex." The trouble with this argument is that it shifts the conversation from talking about actually important stuff (trans people's access to housing, health care, education, and income) into something with absolutely no consequences. The both-sides media can use that to argue that trans rights are an inconsequential hypothetical, a "distraction," and not something real or important.
The second common response is to point out that it doesn't matter. No one cares what archeologists 1000 years from now will think about your skeleton. The danger to this argument is more subtle. When you make this argument, the transphobes go back to their media megaphones and say "The woke TRAs conceded that biologically transwomen are biologically male, but they argue it doesn't matter in this one hypothetical scenario. The both-sides media then uses it to say "Obviously all but the most extreme activists understand that trans women are biologically male, so there's no reason not to ban them from sports/bathrooms/healthcare."
The skeleton argument is both wrong and irrelevant, but it's really really effective at manipulating the narrative. That's why I think the best responses are those like this comic #AltForMe , or the song "Bones" by Sasha Allen. They don't just refute the bad transphobic argument: they completely shift the narrative. -
@Nonilex Looks like they have tried to patch the problem by including "avoid ungrounded or sycophantic flattery" in ChatGPT's prompt. I... hope that's not all they did?

There is no Alt text... 😔
I have Friendos that use a screen reader, so for me, I'll only try to boost when there's an Alt text.
Though I don't always check the quality of the Alt text provided. So if they suck, I'm sorry... I don't have unlimited spoons, so when theres an Alt, I often just assume that the person did their best to make it good... 😊Please peeps, be inclusive and use Alt texts... There is a tag that you can use for asking others to make an Alt text for you. I think it's #AltForMe 🤔 or something like that.... When people then see that and help you with providing a text, then you can edit the Toot and add that text. Don't forget to credit the person that helped you out! 😉
Please :bear_flowers: use alt. Then I can boost more (and maybe feel more comfortable while I do that...). 😊
