Got inspired by a friend and did a longer than usual run today. With all the extra heat I had the sense to bring a small water bottle for once. I refilled it 3 times in little creaks and a fountain. And kept a calm pace because I knew I needed the energy to last. Still got more exhausted than I expected, but it was worth it. I got to explore lots of new paths, two waterfalls, cute little hamlets, lots of sheep, 2 donkeys, and many baby goats! Lots more info in the #altText as well. #running

I think some folks don't realize they can add alt text descriptions to videos and GIFs. I see some people who always add alt text for static images but not for videos/GIFs.

(Oops, I forgot to include audio clips as another type of media that can be described)

Even if it's a very short description a description of the video or GIF is always helpful!

I'm testing Tiger Text, an on-device alt text generator by @furball let's see how it does! I'll try one with text. This did ok, for on-device. Be My Eyes may give more detail, but it needs to go to the cloud. This keeps things local. The app just became available in the #IOS app store. #selfie #selfies #AltText
