#Alpine #SoilFauna season ended with an astonishing #hike close to #glacier.
As bonus we hiked up to the Hohe Wart (Guardia Alta, 3424m), which is on the crest towards the #Similaun (3606m)

Late #MountainMonday from the #LTER site in Matsch/Mazia, #SouthTyrol, #Italy.
Went up to 3000m to my sampling plots and we heared a #rockfall.
Nice hike on the high ridge between the valley.
