If anybody has had actual experience with resolving alopecia as a middle aged woman, I'd love to hear what worked.
All I see out there are scum bags selling snake oil and misleading promotions that gouge money from people who are desperate for a solution. The published science is full of marginal results for a very small percentage of people.
