November, 2001, at Kansas City’s Kemper Arena. The kids’ mom and I took the boys to see U2 on the “Elevation” tour. As U2 played this song, the names of all those lost on 11 September, 2001, in New York City, at the Pentagon in D.C. and in the crash of Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania scrolled on a huge screen behind the band.
