Miniserie sicuramente coinvolgente ma dal finale abbastanza deludente, forse poco coraggioso
Un thriller psicologico con buonissimi interpreti, tra tutti a protagonista #SarahSnook, già bravissima in #Succession.

  3. #AllHerFault... So I'm on the third episode, so it's not a spoiler as much as what I'm guessing is going to happen

These guesses of mine are sometimes incredibly prescient and sometimes obvious and other times stupidly wrong

  5. The ending was disappointing because justice wasn't truly served, as the rich white ladies literally sat back and smiled, sipping their white wine (probably Chardonnay 🤢).

Overall the show was pretty good with lots of twists and turns, but ultimately it was too easily and quickly wrapped up neatly, given how convoluted everything was.

  6. By putting their main characters in "a fulltime nanny, or nothing" scenarios, they disregard the reality of 99% of women in the world where it's barely affordable, or unaffordable daycare, or family.

Even the cop family has a better option than most families.

The "struggles" with care the two main families are having are singular and unique, not at all universal, and that's the biggest flaw of the show.

  7. Media like All Her Fault (the tv show) present their white, wealthy female characters as universal representations of motherhood and the expectations society puts on all women in relation to children.

So far (episode 6) in this well-done drama they've missed a chance to depict a specific story highlighting that *not even* wealth, whiteness, and options fully shield women from the full burden of child care.

  8. I've been watching another Karen show, All Her Fault, which has a theme of the unfair burden of the (white) mom having to always be "amazing".

Pluribus utterly destroys that concept, excellently, giving us a female character who's anything but "amazing", and the whites are so much, "no, not like that. she makes us seem bad".

We need more unlikable female characters because women are just as shitty as men.
