Watching last week’s #AllCreatures and suddenly there’s Emma Thompson, somehow looking younger than she did in 1995? So I look up the cast, and sure enough, that’s Emma’s daughter. But it’s so disconcerting trying to convince my brain that she’s not Emma. It’s not just that she’s wearing Emma’s face, but every expression and tilt of the head. Clone Club for days. Holy shit. Her genome was like “Cheers Dad, but I’m good. Going on all in on Mum, actually.”

Heads up, PBS temporarily opened the paywall for previous seasons of All Creatures Great and Small, until December 23, for the upcoming season 5.
