Today’s listening is ’Raising Sand’, the 2007 album by Robert Plant and Alison Krauss.
This is a terrific double album!
I am very much a fan of ‘later career’ Robert Plant and this is a great album of, for the most part, laid-back cover versions of songs on which the pair either duet or take it in turns to sing lead vocals.
The whole record has a very engaging sound also and it’s well worth a listen!
