Last one for today. Alexis Rockman: Manifest Destiny (2004).
This 24-foot mural was at the Brooklyn Museum long ago, but I found it as an exhibit book at the old Strand Annex. I loved it, and framed the fold-out. Not only did this brighten my home decor, it gave friends and family a head start on new Brooklyn waterfront real estate. That's not easy to get.
