🏃♂️ Aletsch Halb - An extremely runnable trail ⛰️ half marathon with views on the remainders of the longest glacier in Alps. Tons of gorgeous views. Amazing spectators. Really happy with my performance. Not so much with the incredible amount of people and queuing. But overall 10/10 worth it, would recommend.

Who could possibly say no to a day in the mountains? And then, with a view of the magnificent Aletsch Glacier! It's a fantastic trail run with lovely, cool trails, magnificent views and lots of fun! I can't recommend this enough! 🏃♀️🏃♂️🏔️

Today, #meteorology delegations from all over Europe are gathered in Wengen, Switzerland for EUMETSAT's Spring session of the Policy Advisory Committee. Gathered in these beautiful surroundings, it is nevertheless hard to ignore the large (and rapidly increasing) effects #ClimateChange has on mountainous regions.
Just across the Jungfrau from beautiful Wengen is the #Aletsch, the biggest glacier in the #Alps and probably the best illustration of these dramatic changes:
