Speaking of CrossCode, it turns out the devs already have their next game, `Alabaster Dawn`, available in Early Access. I tried the demo. Man, it has the best HD-2D (or rather 2.5D) graphics I've ever seen. Controls are responsive, fights are intense.
But why did they decide to go with the same cringe/bland writing and generic story? I have no idea.

Ce soir j'ai joué à la démo d'Alabaster Dawn
C'était franchement grave bien, l'histoire m'a accroché tout de suite. Ça commence avec un esprit malfaisant qui envahi le monde et les dieux qui abandonnent les humains au moment crucial où les meilleurs guerriers vont détruire les monstres. On incarne une guerrière recalée qui sort d'hibernation après cette bataille et qui va devoir sauver le monde à elle toute seule au lieu des 6 élus de la prophécie.
Le gameplay est grave fluide, action RPG moderne avec des combos, des changements d'armes en fonction de faiblesses des ennemis, de l'esquive, du contre (plus simples à faire que sur Clair Obscur)
Hors combats il y a des petits puzzles environnementaux façon Zelda 2D.
Bon, vivement qu'il sorte d'Early Access quoi.

Con un apartado visual que siendo en 3d simula la perspectiva cenital de los clásicos jrpg, tiene todas las papeletas para enganchar a los aficionados al género, y más teniendo en cuenta que las reseñas están siendo muy positivas.
Verificado para Steam Deck y con versión nativa, te recomendamos probar primero la demo ya que el juego está en Early Access.

I can 100% agree with this review. #AlabasterDawn is beautiful, crispy, straight forward.

Late #SteamNextFest recommendation for #AlabasterDawn A gorgeous #PixelArt #ActionRPG (but like, more in a #Zelda vein) from the makers of the excellent #CrossCode. Fun combat, fun puzzles, story seems good, but it's hard to tell from the demo. Also, the demo is a ridiculous 98% positive with 1,561 reviews.
