Oh, this is good.
For those not aware, 8 white folks jumped and started beating up a black security guard after the security guard told them to move their illegally docked pontoon boat (so that a large commercial riverboat could dock and let all of its passengers off).
The 8 white folks started beating up the one black guy, then other black folks started jumping in to rescue him.
Large brawl broke out.
Couple notables:
- One black youth (16 years old) jumped off the riverboat and swam a long way to the dock to rescue the security guard.
- Other black folks literally skipped to the fight to help out.
- One black took a plastic folding chair and started bonking the white aggressors on the head with it (no one got seriously hurt)
- A bunch of white women (many named Mary... just found that odd) joined in on beating up the black man, egging on their men, and joining the fray that followed. One got bonked on the head with the folding chair.
- The white people that jumped the black man were so confident, they stayed on the dock... stayed by their boat... stayed when police came.
- Police came, let the black folk fight off the aggressors, then stepped in an arrested the white aggressors.
