If Nemo was a proper Internet Influencer (TM), he'd be trying to sell you a course about how you could also achieve all this before your 7th birthday.

Did you know? the grass strip between the road and the sidewalk goes by many names in different places, but one unique such name in Akron, Ohio is the "Devil's Strip"
Supposedly it originates as a term to mean the space between two opposing direction streetcar tracks. https://www.beaconjournal.com/story/lifestyle/around-town/2018/01/15/local-history-truth-about-devil/9718694007/
I've heard conflicting sources tell me it's unique to Akron, that it expands out to Youngstown, and even that it's used in parts of West Virginia, but irregardless, it's carries a strong sense of unique identity in Akron.
With it being important to the identity of Akron, various businesses have popped up in Akron using "The Devil's Strip" in some form. I fondly remember being in the Myers School of Art building on the University of Akron campus and picking up a copy of The Devil Strip, a now-defunct community-owned magazine. https://www.wkyc.com/article/news/local/akron/akron-the-devil-strip-magazine-ceases-operation/95-61e301cb-2e4f-44a3-b7d6-efdc2fc81937 #Akron #AkronOhio -
