Gut, ich habe mir den #beyerdynamik DT 770 Pro, den #Sennheiser HD 650 und den #AKG K701 angeschaut und probegehört und habe mich schlussendlich für den HD 650 als neuen #Kopfhörer entschieden. Der DT 770 war mir zu betont in den Höhen, der AKG zu breit und etwas schwach in den Tiefen und der Sennheiser lag genau richtig. Über die letzten Sonntage habe ich mal einen kleinen #Kopfhörer #Test gemacht.
Zum Vergleich hörte ich immer wieder #Infidels.
Das ist für mich eine der schönsten Platten von Bob #Dylan.
Musikalisch gefällt mir das darin zu hörende (wohl?) elektronische Schlagzeug, aber auch manche Gittarrenakkorde.
Und besonders sprechen mich bei Dylan natürlich so Zeilen an, wie
"Standing on the waters casting your bread" oder "Take the motherless children off the street and place them at the feet of a harlot" und und und...
Aber, ja, Kopfhörer 😉

#JBL 650 BT: Nicht schlecht, aber ich fühle mich etwas eingesperrt.
#Beyerdynamic DT 770 M: Habe ich jahrelang beruflich in Studios benutzt, empfinde seinen Klang jetzt aber regelrecht hohl wie in einer kleinen Kammer. Wahrscheinlich umsomehr, weil ich unmittelbar vorher diesen probierte:

Durchsichtig, akzentuiert, nicht nur gute Stereobreite sondern irgendwie ausgewogen rundum lokalisierbare Klänge, Welten entfernt von DT 770. Klar ein wenig Bass muss man per EQ dazugeben.
Natürlich ist das immer subjektiv. Und seit ich schwer erkrankt war, traue ich nicht mehr wirklich dem, was ich meine zu hören. Es kann von so vielen Faktoren abhängen, wie man akustisch wahrnimmt.
Aber es war für mich eine Überraschung, mit dem ältesten Kopfhörer, den ich hier zu Verfügung habe, ein so frisches Klangbild erleben zu können. Wahrscheinlich hat er damals so um die 240 D-Mark gekostet...inzwischen sind die Alu-Sticker mit der Typbezeichnung abgefallen... aber der Klang 👌

I'm looking at the #AKG #Lyra microphone and am hoping that some of you have experience with it. I just want something USB-C powered that I can take around with me to record #voiceovers once in a while. It'd be nice to just stuff it in my bag, plug it into my laptop or iPad (with USB-C port) when I get where I'm going, and not be tied to my decidedly stationary at-home rig. The old Blue Yeti I used at work today was fine, but I'd like a different option. Any thoughts? TIA

Enttäuschung.
Möglichkeit 1: Sie klingen wirklich shice. Wenn ja warum? Membranen auf?
Möglichkeit 2: Mein Hören hat sich verändert durch die Nutzung von In-Ears.

My equipment is pretty cheap:
- AKG K92
- AKG K240 Studio
- DAC Fiio K3 (I set the output in the midi app to 32 bit, 192Khz to match Tidal)
But it gives me so much pleasure. More than Sony wh-1000xm4 or AirPods Pro 3. It's crazy!These headphones don't have so much base (K92 is ok, but K240 almost don't have it).
But for K240 I can turn bass buster on the DAC.
By the way. Tidal pricing is the same as Spotify. Did you know that?

The sound escapes it so badly that when I'm listening to music, my wife can tell what song I'm listening to from any other room in our apartment. It's very funny. But sound is great.

Viel #FLAC, 192KBit/24Bit was man definitv auch auf 50€ In-Ears hört. Und: Die Listen setzten auf Qulität statt auf Quantität. Musiklisch und akustisch. Klares #UI, und ziemlich gute Hrdware um die Anlage (auch Multiroom) aufzurüsten, STichwort #wiim . Ach ja: Sie zahlen 4 x soviel an die Künstler wie #spotify. M.E. unterstützenswert.

12 years ago, I bought these AKG K 701 #headphones. As COVID started and my days were spent in Teams calls, I was looking for a comfortable thing to wear on my head for hours.
These very same #AKG headphones are still in use every day. The sound quality is ace (unless you want booming bass, for which I have other devices) and the comfort is bar none.
I bought these for probably aroud €150. Stilll using original earpads. Everything works. It's just a beautiful piece of hardware.❤️

My #AKG #K271 headphones's that I bought in 2006 are starting to die... 😬
Sooo... I'm looking for a robust pair of #headphones that are primarily for #producing tunes on the go and are also great for DJing. I always imagined I'd be replacing them with #Sennheiser HD25s; are they still the closet thing to an industry standard? At roughly the same price point there's also the #Technics EAH-DJ1200. They're got a wider frequency range and seem just as sturdy. What are ya reckons??? -

If you could only have ONE microphone, what would it be?
I'll start. It would be an AKG-414ULS. No, not a Nuemann 87.
The AKG has be solid in the 15 years I've had it. It can be used for anything, has multiple patterns, and just sounds great on everything. So if I could only own ONE, this would be THE ONE.
