  1. "Getting Hired to Work on FOSS - The Do-s, Don't-s and Pitfalls for Everyone Involved" is what my friend Till Adam talked about at #Akademy2025. He also has a short section on why Free Software is worth more compared to proprietary software, so you should take higher rates and principals should be willing to pay more. And he draws from experience of contracts that @intevation and @kdab did together.

    Clearly bringing the business in has consequences on the community and personal relationships side.
