Ook @iphoned doet mee aan clickbait-onzin, net als @iculture (beiden onderdeel van #bigspark). “Gratis” #AirTags klinkt mooi, maar vereist in de praktijk een 2-jarig contract bij een #telco. Dat is gewoon misleidende framing voor clicks. Niets gratis aan.

Der neue §202e StGB, #Digitale-Gewalt-Gesetz, soll "die unbefugte Überwachung mittels GPS-Trackern erfassen", schreibt das BMJ.

Das steht so im Koalitionsvertrag, ja, aber #AirTags brauchen kein GPS. GPS war vorgestern. Wäre sinnvoll, die Erläuterung zu aktualisieren.

Auf der anderen Seite steht im Gesetzestext des Entwurfs aber
