So with the help of #chatgpt I managed to fix the issue with #Airprint and #DebianTrixie. The problem is not #Avahi - it's #CUPS frontend.

When you set up a printer over http://localhost:631 and check "Share this printer" - it won't actually reflect in /etc/cups/printers.conf

So check that file and make sure you see "Shared Yes" there.

If it still won't work - here are more steps I took to fix it:

I'm generally a fan of the #Epson #EcoTank #inkjet #printer range. Epson pioneered this stuff and still does it well. However, do watch out for the seemingly arbitrary presence/absence of #AirPrint support across the range. You'd expect it to be universal but it isn't. #TechSupport

I have one thing to print. Like once a year. And it does not print. I know I just need to go there and reboot the printer and it will work, as usual.
